Volunteer Roles
Community Coordinator
As a Community Coordinator, you become the bridge between Ezer and rural communities. Guide training sessions, support local groups. This role is ideal for those who enjoy mentoring, organizing, and creating real social impact at the grassroots level.
Skill Trainer
Our Skill Trainers are the heart of every training program. If you have expertise in jute bag manufacturing, soft toy production, tailoring, or basic business skills, you can directly empower rural women and youth. Teach jute bag making, soft toy production, or business skills
Event Volunteer
Ezer organizes exhibitions, training camps, awareness drives, and fundraising events regularly. As an Event Volunteer, you will play a key role in planning, promoting, and executing these programs. Help organize exhibitions, training camps, and awareness drives.
